The sales Manager Craig , with whom we dealt at S G Petch was knowledgeable , personable and courteous throughout . Craig was not pushy or overly familiar and struck just the right balance between professional competence and friendliness - Both my wife and I agreed that this was the most positive car buying experience that we had ever been involved in .
