What great service we received, particularly given the challenging times we are all facing. Chris Dunwell was very helpful and quickly found the exact car I was looking for. As our car comes through Motability, it was important that all of our son's equipment was able to fit in. Chris offered us an over-night road test so we were able to take a similar car home to test car seats etc out, without having to tackle the stress of doing it all on-site. He kept in touch and checked in so see how we were doing, and offered us a reduction on our advance payment. We had the car 4 days later. Excellent service and great follow-up too. Being a motability customer, it can be quite challenging when you have a family member with complex needs, so having the car testing and buying experience made so easy was very much appreciated.
