Investigated stiff clutch pedal and 'notchy' gear changes on a 66 reg car. Recommended new clutch. Took car to another garage for second opinion and clutch cable adjusted and now fine. Called SG Petch 3 times to dicuss the issues before I got a reply. Not so much bothered about the new clutch recommendation, more the lack of response from my inital enquiry
