I ordered a scarf from Shackleton and was impressed with their level of service. They kept me informed every step of the way and delivery was very swift. On opening the delivery box the item was very nicely wrapped and included, along with some interesting printed material about the brand, was a hand written postcard saying that they hoped I enjoyed the product - a really great touch!
