“I bought a down jacket in your flagship store in London - the quality of service by everyone, especially Jola, more details of which are in my Trustpilot review. I liked the quality and styling of the jacket so much that when I receved an email announcing a sale, I bought the same one for my son; at an even better price than mine was. The mail order service was equally good as in store, with fast delivery. To avoid mini-me syndrome , we aren’t seen wearing our jackets at the same time.”

“Having seen a lot of social media posts about this brand we decided to visit the London shop during a trip recently, after deciding on the Rothera I cant emphasise how pleased I am with the purchase, the jacket is not too heavy but so warm with a great fit, very pleased with the decision.”

“Ok, we travelled across the world to go on holidays, but made a beeline to the shop once we hit London. I bought a Hero Sweater and a Watch Cap. The quality of both is excellent, and the experince in the shop with the manager was fun. I wore my buys extensively for the rest of the holiday and found both items comfortable, warm and stylish.”

“I’ve traveled the world doing multi day events but never have I dealt with a company as well thought out organised and as much fun as the Shackelton team there experience and attention to detail can’t be matched …. Once I’ve recovered I’ll be planning my next trip as soon as possible.”

“Well made jacket, and certainly keeps me warm in freezing weather. Looking at Shackleton sizing advice, very nearly went for XL. So glad I didnt. Large is fine, and even then, it will allow layering if required.”

“Obsessively designed. Beautifully finished. I enjoy a bit of Shackleton swagger about town - safe in the knowledge that when the apocalypse comes, I’ll be properly equipped. Exceptional kit. No drama. Just quietly heroic. And the service? Second to none. Especially Nevin – absolute legend.”

“I’ve been incredibly impressed with Shackleton. The quality is top-tier, but what really sets them apart is how versatile the kit is. I’ve worn my gear through freezing winters in Norway and felt completely protected, yet it doesn't look out of place back home in London. It’s rare to find clothing that is this functional and technical without sacrificing style. If you want gear that handles the extremes but works for everyday life too, this is it.”
