“Product excellent but why a company with such classy products has to email daily I’ve no idea. It was much better a year ago when emails were occasional. Great products just don’t give your email address.”

“We have ordered both the Docker Merino sweater and the Cairo Cashmere sweater from Shackleton recently. Parcels are processed quickly, beautifully packaged and arrive promptly. The quality of the garments is really good - they fit well, feel soft, are really well designed and made, also comfortable to wear. The quality of Shackleton’s Customer Service is equally good and problems are dealt with patiently. There was no problem at all with the garments, it was customer error using the website!”

“- Style: looks good, zipped and unzipped. - Comfort: Mostly good, close-fitting. Stiffness at the collar/chin when fully zipped is an issue. - Build Quality: Material prone to staining easily. Temperamental zip. Seams appear ok. - Warmth: Very average. Does not compare to Canada Goose, I regret not rebuying a CG parka. - Value: Overpriced in that class.”
