“The Hercules Ultralight Down Jacket, is just so comfortable and practical. It is ideal for travelling light, as it packs into its own pack. It is very well made and will keep me warm on those upcoming Autumn mornings. I rate this jacket very highly!”

“Durable, functional, flattering. I was dragged through thick brush after chasing a runaway animal in the forest for two hours. I stayed a perfect temperature and only came away with a few small holes that didn't spread. I immediately bought a second.”

“Great products with clever desighs but can be a little pricey. Staff great and good lay out of products available. Called in on Sunday with my daughter looked at a few things but was tight for time and will come back in a week or two.”

“Expensive products. I had an issue with dye transference . This was disputed by Shackleton. I disagree with their investigation but accept their decision. A quick and courteous customer service from Nevin , who actually offered a credit note , but I decided to take the product back for the sake of wastage. I still disagree with their outcome however! It also took a while for their investigation and then a further 2 weeks to receive the item back- quite a while for a seasonal item.”

“Had a lovely hour at the Piccadilly store with the effervescent Renee who made us welcome! Returning customers so familiar with the brand heritage … nice to be in store, informed on new products and no rush… hugely recommend a visit for anyone who enjoys the outdoor environment as there is something for every climate! Renee you were fabulous and we’ll see you in autumn Becki & Brian”

“Jumper was as expected. Fitted well, great colour and quality. The packaging needs improvement as the jumper was badly creased and will need washing and laying flat to hopefully eradicate the creases.”
