I like my Shackleton jacket (don’t love it), mainly because it is too small for me. V disappointed, to be honest.

Purchased the Vostok parka recently (July) as a sale item so not been cold enough to use yet. Quality and fit seem good, could do with side hand warmer pockets though. Apart from that looks and feels great - off to Scotland next month so will give it a test run then!

The packaging and presentation was what I was testing as a potential investor. I was very underwhelmed. I only purchased an undershirt and it seemed fine. Functional, not premium. The whole experience was far less luxurious than the website’s slick aesthetic and product pricing had suggested.

Thank you for your feedback and it is understandable why you would be underwhelmed. It looks from your picture like our original packaging has been damaged in transit and has been replaced by DHL packaging at some point on its journey to you in Australia. Please be assured that we take the utmost care in the packing and presentation of every order but unfortunately on this occasion it looks like our shipping partner has been less than careful. I'm confused about the sizing. I ordered a medium gilet a season ago and it was way too small. I ordered this coat in an XS and it is far too big. The quality of the products is fantastic, but the sizing is a challenge, especially when ordering internationally, not to mention exhaustive email correspondence that led to an international phone call to get a return initiated.

I'm sorry to hear your experience with our sizing charts wasn't great. We have continually reviewed this and try to give as much information on our product pages about style and fit but it's difficult to cater for all shapes and sizes and our current range is designed as menswear so the sizing doesn't always translate when ordering for a woman. I'm please to say though that we have installed a Virtual Fitting Room on our website which enables you to input more information about your body measurements which should help find that perfect fit. We will also be launching a small women's range later this year so do sign up to our mailing list if you haven't already to be kept informed of new product lines. Thank you for your feedback.

I love the product but I was very disappointed to see the price on the tag when it arrived was £100 cheaper than the price online. this is quite misleading and dishonest.

Loved my week old Loyroy until the front zip toggle stitching came away and I noticed a zip toggle was missing from one of the side vents.

nice gilet, but i wanted something a little smarter looking so went for moncler instead. aware your stuff is more for those with an active lifestyle. i want to buy the lockroy parker, but need to see it first because i'm choosing between black and white. the lack of a store means i may have to go with another brand...

Quality not as good as expected for a £450 jacket

I bought a very expensive pair of socks. Cost plus shipping is quite an investment for a pair of socks. They are bulky and warm - good for boots in very cold weather or as house slippers but impractical for everyday use. Also - they stretch out after the first use and tend to slide down your legs and bunch up in the boot. Have to admit I'm a little disappointed with this purchase.

I bought this sweater in the "regular version" and now in the anniversary version. The new sweater, despite the same size, is smaller and less soft. The additional duties and taxes (thank you Brexit) make this probably my last Shackleton product. Pity.

The styling of the product is nice as are the materials, but the fit seems a bit off. The sleeves on the HERO are way too long for medium (relative to many other jumpers).

1. The recently bought a belt, the 'centenary', is only but a shadow of the previous one which I still use and like. 2. As a big fan of Shackleton's quality knitwear, now I cannot find anything of interest bar the Hero model - much loved. Particularly I regret the absence of the Nimrod:-) 3. Finally, the last and least, lack of any guidance for the overseas customer as to the total cost of import so one is left at the mercy of local duty agencies. Best regards Artur

Jamie was great with the dispatch...unfortunately the gilet was too small..I emailed Shackleton on the same day 16 th jan regarding how to move forward but haven’t had a reply after 4 days,I I’ve also tried to ring but no answer....hopefully I’ll get a reply on reading this email .the expedition jacket fits great but the gilet ordered after the jacket is the one I’m referring to in this review

I have purchased several sweaters from Shackleton and the product quality is excellent. However unfortunately the last order I placed for two sweaters did not go so well. I am still waiting for the delivery of the Nelson Merion Base Layer that I ordered? The first sweater arrived in mid-December and I am still waiting for the second? However, I believe their products are excellent and I would recommend them to a friend.

The Hero sweater I purchased was too big, so as your ASS said to me I sent my purchase back to you for an exchange (XL to L). The Post office informed me you received my return Wednesday March 11th, but for the moment I didn’t receive any news from you. No exchange or no refunds Best regards
