Expensive products. I had an issue with dye transference . This was disputed by Shackleton. I disagree with their investigation but accept their decision. A quick and courteous customer service from Nevin , who actually offered a credit note , but I decided to take the product back for the sake of wastage. I still disagree with their outcome however! It also took a while for their investigation and then a further 2 weeks to receive the item back- quite a while for a seasonal item.
