After a somewhat delayed delivery to which we were compensated, I have to say that the Pilot All Conditions Parka we purchased is well worth the money, it is extremely well made, looks great and is very practical. My partner has already received many compliments about it. The customer service received from Jamie was exceptional and I have to say I would definitely purchase from this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them either. We were also lucky enough to have an item from their knitwear range, the jumper is soft, warm and very stylish. All in all, we are very satisfied with our purchase - thank you Shackleton!
