I was hunting for a non high-street brand and stumbled across Shackleton (better marketing needed!) Intrigued by the brand, I surfed the website for a bit and was impressed by the intention and history of them. I found the coat I wanted and the process from purchase to delivery was excellent, fast and efficient. I like the environmental aspects of the brand and the fact that it is not a fashion brand. I will definitely buy again from them.
