I ordered a large sweater the package contained a medium-sized item. Sadly, Shakelton was unable to supply a replacement in the correct size which is a shame because the item was beautiful. Like all Shakelton items I have purchased, the quality and styling were terrific. Shakelton graciously and expeditiously provided a refund. I will try again next season.
