So good to deal with. I emailed the company with my concerns about the size of the jacket. I received a prompt reply. I then spoke to Charlie at Shackleton, who was most helpful. The jacket arrived next day. I was so impressed, Iād definitely recommend them. I received a nice personal card off Charlie.. great touch. šš»
