After being very impressed with a friend of a friends Endurance parka, I Dripped into the pop up store on Regents Street and bought the Pilots parka. Amazing quality product and amazing service from the two gentlemen in the store. Even my 10 year old who was with me commented, saying that it was much better than “the goose shop” and that “the men knew everything about the coat”. The quality really is outstanding and the technical detail second to none. I’ll be investing in more Shackleton products, that’s for sure.
