The products are expensive but I have always believed you get what you pay for in life. The quality is exceptional and will also stand the test of time in the most extreme conditions. The attention to detail in packaging and personal touches are respected too, especially the postcard of “the boss”. Customer service communication needs to be improved though for sure as I sent 2 emails without response, even though I still continued to receive the automated sales emails which was disappointing. Will certainly buy again from Shackleton but a few improvements could make a very good company and great one!
