As a new customer to Shakleton, i was impressed with the customer service.
The coat (Rothera down jacket) is a quality product only wore it a few times and not expecting to be using it on anything below -10. So perfect for the uk winters.
Great coat only gave it 4 stars because of the price at £495 i feel it on the expensive side but the free watch hat is a nice touch.
