I had read many reviews before making my choice. Like many, I find it difficult always to "guess" an ideal fit when spending on a luxury item. So I was delighted when Shackleton open its shop in Covent Garden. Of course, the full range was available and make my final selection so much easier. Adding to this were the superb staff who gave me the time to browse whilst offering any help I might need. Overall I am left with an overwhelming experience of quality in both the coat and the service.
