I recently bought myself a Shackleton smock just after Christmas and soon wondered how i ever managed without it.I have worn it in wet weather,cold and high winds and have found it to be extremely versatile and well made.It is very rugged and durable and is now my go-to wet weather coat.
It is easily the most expensive single garment i have ever purchased,but i would have no hesitation in recommending the brand to others, particularly anyone who likes lengthy outdoor pursuits.
