Sweater came with a one year warranty. A small hole appeared on the underside of the arm and I was advised that it could be repaired under warranty. I spent nearly £10 returning it to be told that I’d caught it on something and caused the damage. The position of the hole would make that very difficult and there is no loose threads which I’d expect.
I’m expected to pay £30 (including return postage - generous) to get my item back. That would mean a spend of £40. What is the point of the warranty?
I’ve purchased seven Shackleton items so far and I think that might be it now.
