Excellent shell. Performs as described in inclement weather, just keep in mind that this is a shell, so it's no insolated. The amount of storage, and layout, is perfect for trekking with a camera and all the necessities. The reinforced areas are highly appreciated and well placed.
One note on sizing. I was on the lower end of the XL size range, but ended up going with a L. The XL likely would have worked with heavy layers, but was too large for lighter ones.
