Review of the 2025 Pilot Jacket I had been searching for a high-quality winter jacket for the past few months, primarily focusing on Canadian brands. However, one day I came across Shackleton, and it immediately caught my attention. Intrigued, I did some more research and found that most reviews were overwhelmingly positive. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and make the purchase. A week later, my jacket arrived—and wow, I was blown away. The quality and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. While I live in the southern U.S., I frequently travel to Europe during the winter months, and I believe this jacket will be perfect for those trips. One feature that particularly stood out to me was the side zipper for ventilation. I haven’t seen this in any other brand, and it’s a brilliant design choice. If it’s not too cold, you can unzip it slightly to let in some air, making it incredibly versatile. Since I haven’t tested the jacket against extreme winter conditions yet, I can’t speak to its full performance, but so far, I’m extremely impressed. For the price, it’s an excellent investment.
