Originally I bought a Dulwich jumper which I found did not match the measurements given on the website. I returned this by post easily enough although it took a couple of weeks for the refund to be processed. I visited the Duke Street store so I could try before buying and bought a Hero jumper. Good customer service at the store, lovely jumper.
