My order got lost.shackleton couldn’t find it with the tracking number.so what did Shackleton do since what I ordered was no longer available.they upgraded my order with the nimrod & hero sweater & Vincent baselayer ..this really blew my mind.i never had a company do this for me.bravo to Shackleton .best customer service & best quality products.thank you again for going above &beyond.
