Katie and the service have been second to none!
I'll take ownership and admit to my own stupidity when I ordered an item that was too small but that was no problem to Katie, who by the way, has the patience of a saint. In no time at all, we'd arranged the item to be returned and the new one on it's way. Thank you for the fantastic response, impeccable service, great communication and regular emails keeping me on track all the way. Highly recommend :D
