Item not arrived and they just keep blaming Royal Mail and Covid restrictions even tho other packages are arriving on time via Royal Mail. Ordered item 7th December for a secret Santa present which has now been and gone and another gift had to be purchase. Email response time from company is good and have been offered a refund when I return the item but this is impossible as I have not received the items. I keep emailing for an update but am just told the same it’s with Royal Mail and is delayed due to restrictions but will hopefully be with me today. It’s now a further 5 days on and not arrived. Should have arrived 11th December, now the 20th and still not here
