I wanted a Bellroy Take Out wallet, an item that wasn't in stock at Shades of Time (SoT) or even at Bellroy themselves. Whereas SoT kept me informed of the stock situation, Bellroy didn't although they'd promised to do so. SoT even advised when it would be back in stock & an estimated delivery date to me. In fact, having ordered on that basis, my wallet actually arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Not only that, I was given an extra discount for my patience. Now that's what I call service & sets the standards for other online businesses to emulate. Not only was it well done, it was done well.
