Bag was out of stock for a couple of weeks after I ordered but I was emailed and asked did I want to wait or get a refund. This was fine and then 2 weeks later the bags did come.
I returned part of my order and was told I would be reimbursed the postage costs if sent proof of postage which I still haven't had 3 months on.
