The neclace is lovely and as expected. I had to contact customer service because it was o. Backorder and I was not aware of that. Customer service was helpful and friendly however, it still didnt help the fact that I received the neclace 3 weeks after ordering it and too late for the birthday. The website should automatically inform customers that their purchase is on back order and require confirmation that the customer is willing to wait rather that it just not arriving on time.
