The products I ordered I was very pleased with. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery time, it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive when it should have been days. I have to say that the Customer Service from Shades of Time were helpful and prompt in their reply and acknowledged they had a problem with their courier. I would order again in the hope that delivery times improve.
