Purchased various items online and when collecting they were beautifully packaged.
One of the items purchased I had to cancel prior to collecting (baby gift but found out the recipient already had what I had bought unfortunately). The staff were so helpful and accommodating and refunded me with no qualms.
Its such a beautiful shop and I enjoy shopping there.
