Have now bought two joma bracelets. Customer service is first class from order to delivery. Delivery is super fast. Bracelet arrives in small black package and inside included is a lovely gift bag with ribbon ties. Perfect for gifts. Another incentive is delivery is free I will be buying more as the family and friends birthdays are now starting and some will be out away for Christmas presents. I would advise everyone to check out this company. The named brackets are all sealed on a small card when they arrive. Some present shops sell these and I find they are sold at a higher price plus you don't get the lovely gift bag. So glad I came across this seller. Thankyou so much for excellent customer care
