I ordered some DKNY earrings for a graduation gift. These earing were advertised as including a warranty card and a gift bag. I DID NOT receive the gift bag or warranty card.
When i called to get this sorted out, the agent i spoke to told me “we dont sent DKNY gift bags, i did not know the picture was on their website”. I have screenshots of the item on the website.
EVERY SINGLE dkny item on their site, not just earrings, every single item has pictures of a gift bag and a warranty card. EVERY single item has a description that says a gift bag is included.
I paid for next day delivery, as it was a gift to be given at a graduation party.
I was told they can send me a gift bag, but not via next day delivery - which means it would not arrive in time. I advised i paid for next day delivery for ALL my items and not half my items.
I was then told “it is what it is”.
I am not being unreasonable, i am just asking for what i paid for and what was advertised.
I will be taking this further legally, as there has to be some sort of compensation. I would not have paid that price and paid £5 for next day delivery for this outcome.
