I had a great experience with Shades of Time - the product I ordered wasn't available initially but Matthew in customer service emailed me immediately to tell me this and gave me an option to wait or refund. I waited until the product was restocked and Matthew was in regular contact with me letting know the status of my order. I was delighted when l received my jewellery, it was great quality and the overall service was excellent
