Consumers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with ShadeStation. I returned a pair of sunglasses using the official QR code they supplied. More than four weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund. The item was inexplicably redirected to Karen Millen, a company formerly linked to ShadeStation, yet their customer service has refused to take responsibility for correcting their own error. This is not only highly unprofessional but borders on negligent business practice. A retailer should not absolve itself of responsibility when a return is mishandled due to their own instructions. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer rights is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly discourage others from purchasing from ShadeStation.
