Totally useless, had to go to vision express to get the lenses corrected. Trying to return the mistake is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Ordered glasses it was the wrong item and contacted them, I was asked to return it back and they will replace it. Which I did on the 30th of November 2022, due to strike they received my parcel on the 6th December by which time I came to know that they had changed administration, so I kindly emailed and asked them to resend or refuse the deliver as it clearly did not belong to them and they were refusing to issiue me a refund or exchange or return back my item which I paid for I. Full !! I have been contacting them but they are refusing to send me back the item I purchased and they accepted knowing full well it belong to the pervious administration clients! I offered to pay for the delivery fee or arrange for a pick up but all I get is we can not issiue you refund talk to the bank . I spoke to my bank and they obviously contacted this company and they said the item was delivered on the 28th of November but did not tell the bank that it was returned and they are dodgy pigs who refused to send me back my own item that was paid for in full !! I will be taking this further! It’s not the money but the principles of business and one they clearly lack ! Disgustingly horrible behaviour!”

“Wish I could give no stars..7-10 working days just to process a return after paying over the odds in returns postage fees? Plus time waiting for the glasses to be fixed and then shipped back out. Working day 9 today still no further, haven't even been looked at, and when emailing to enquire I'm told of the backlog of returns they have to get through, not exactly a good advertisement.
Ordered glasses with an upload of prescription and they couldn't even get that right. Could not see a thing out of them. Returned to be rectified but I'm not confident they will be any better. Absolutely stinking customer service, replies are copied and pasted never investigated. I never leave bad reviews but I am absolutely fed up with this company.
