Buyer beware, they don’t honor their warranty. I have been happy with the Shakas Hawaii company for years, and have bought multiple items. Recently, their customer service has become non existent. I placed a warranty claim on my frames that broke. Shakas Hawaii charged me the shipping fee for the claim and sent a confirmation. They ended up never shipping the frames. I made numerous attempts to try and receive a reply from them over a month and a half period. Still no word from them, and no frames. Very disappointing.
