Review of Sunglasses Purchase Experience I purchased a pair of sunglasses while visiting Hawaii and was initially impressed with the product. The company assured me of a lifetime warranty, which added to my confidence in their offering. However, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. In October 2024, I reached out to the company to claim a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, it took until February 2025 for them to respond. They informed me that the replacement lenses I requested were not in stock. After a month of persistent follow-ups, they finally provided a list of available lenses. Despite selecting from this list, a month later, I was informed that the lenses were again out of stock. As of now, the company has held onto my $10 since February without providing a replacement. This experience has been frustrating and has led me to advise against dealing with this company if you anticipate needing to use their warranty services. Their slow response times and inability to fulfill warranty claims have been a significant inconvenience. Conclusion While the product itself was satisfactory, the company's customer service and warranty fulfillment process have been lacking. If you value timely and reliable service, you may want to consider other options.
