I love their product! However, their customer service is very poor. I have been trying for 6 months now to receive my new pair based on their warranty. The claims process has been long. I have been told they don't have my style in stock. Multiple emails with long durations of no response. If they don't want to process claims based on their warranty promise then they just shouldn't offer it! I feel badly from the vendor I bought them from also because his sales really do depend on how the Shaka Glasses Company treats their customers. Also, fyi...there is no phone number to speak with anyone, it is all email. What does that say about the company???
