Very poor customer service . I ordered items worth 14,000 INR on 9/25/2024. They sent avmessage with tracking number from bluedart. The tracking number says only order dispatched. Still have not received the order, no updates on tracking number. No response from Shankara's customer service inspite of writing to them. Do not lose your money by ordering here
