I ordered the sample pack of the sensitive skin and after using it the first time my face was burning to the point I had to use my regular cleanser and tons of lotion to combat the burning and drying the product caused. I contacted customer service and they told me I used the micro-scrub wrong. you need to add water first which is what I did. They would not help me otherwise so I will never buy from them again.
