I have tried to reach out to representatives about a free item I was supposed to get with my order that I did not receive. No one has responded to assist me with this issue, even though twice I've been told they would contact me within 24 hours. I have made purchases in the past and was satisfied but I'm so disappointed at this point I will not buy from Shapermint again. Service after the sale is just as important as the sale!
