TERRIBLE website as far as Costumer Service - immediately after I submitted my order I realized they charged me for a 2nd bra which they said was for free - so I immediately went to customer service which is one of those chat things- well long story short after 2 days of trying to solve this problem it still isn't - & also important she kept telling me I would receive an Email & still haven't - didn't even receive one to confirm my order - & I couldn't log into my account - this is a TERRIBLE site will never do business with them again & I tell everyone to think twice before ordering from their site

The straps on the bra will not stay on. I was also added to a monthly membership club that I did not realize meant I would be charged monthly.

Shapermint is not helpful when you want to return an item. They make it very hard to return items. They don't answer the customer service phone, they only send emails saying their very busy will get back to you. They don't get back to you .I will not do business with them.

Never received order. I have been online with customer service 3 times today I just talked to CiCi and she didn't help so I checked the Post Office one more time and this is the message about the package they shipped "The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse." They want to give me a credit. No way I want to do business with them again!!!!

Following a double mastectomy and reconstruction, I was unsure of bra and shaper sizes to order. I specifically chose Shapermint for the explicit statements on their website - Free Shipping and Exchanges for orders over $75 (which my order was) and returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed products in the original packaging. I simply needed a size larger in a shaper cami and open chest shaper. I tried them on after a shower and took them off immediately after determining they are too small. I accessed the exchange portal and learned my items are not eligible for exchange because they are considered to be intimates. The majority of items offered by Shapermint are intimates. Frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. The mastectomy and reconstruction were difficult enough without dealing with false exchange statements by a provider of bras and shapers.

The cami I purchased does nothing to improve how my body looks in clothing. I have sent their Return Request Form twice and have received no response. Then I tried their online chat feature, which, no matter how I respond, just constantly repeats the question: did I buy a bra, and do I want assistance with a different size? IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND YOUR MONEY, NEVER, NEVER TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 long sleeve shirts in 3 different colors. I received 3 or the same color shirts. I tried reaching out for an exchange, it said I couldn't do it. No phone number to talk to just a chat robot. I am very disappointed.

I was happy enough with my initial purchases to keep them. However, the monthly subscription is a whole other thing. I was offered an additional month for free when I went to cancel, however they charged me anyways. I tried to resolve it with customer service, and while they acknowledged they'd made an error in offering it to me, they were unwilling to resolve it. For $5 they'd rather lose a customer.

You can not get a customer service person to help you other than your bot which is no help at all. I have been at this for two days trying to return an item and cancel my membership. Worst customer service ever.

They billed me for product I didn’t even order. I woke up to notifications saying that my purchase was approved which I didn’t even make and now they won’t refund me.

Very poor quality with unfinished seams leaving holes in side seams. terrible customer service and despite being told I do not want anything further from them they continue to take money from my account. I would NOT recommend this company!

Not only is their supportive, comfort wireless bra’s extraordinary, so is their customer service. I purchased 4 bra’s from them, and unfortunately, the package was stolen from my apartment block. I wrote to seek clarity on if the parcel was delivered (I was a bit confused at first as didn’t think anyone would actually steal a package, naive I know) and they very promptly gave me a voucher for the price of my stolen goods. I didn’t ask them, they just did it. A great company, a wonderful product and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Never got our order. Customer service is horrible. They said they shipped it so I need to contact the delivery company. Me??? How is that my responsibility? Worst customer “service” ever. You cannot talk to a real person. Only email and robo chat. They keep emailing me asking how my product is. Uh…..

I love the product. However, customer service, policies and communication is atrocious. With or without a membership it is incredibly slow and difficult to get information. I had a membership and I believed that would make a difference. It didn't. I couldn't believe the other negative reviews. It's seem they really don't care or appreciate the business or their LOYAL customers. I believe their prices are too high. They're products are good but this pure arrogance. I won't spend another cent on this "elite-ist" company.

Your website stinks. Very difficult to get in an order with the discount I was offered. Placed an order and it never actually went through. Then had to re-order. Can’t complete an order without being forced to sign up for a monthly subscription. The product is good so it was worth the hassle but I hope I bought five years worth so that I don’t have to interact with you again. Even the email they sent me asking for feedback didn’t work. Their technical aspect sucks hard!!

The product is good, but you can not reach a human to talk too!! Be very careful when checking out, you will get into their CLUB with a monthly subscription and you can not cancel it!!! canceling is so So hard !! I will not buy from them again for this reason. Good luck is all I can say! Also, when you return something, you will not get a full refund. They will charge you $6.00 for shipping it back!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order. It was shipped and I was notified on Saturday that it was out for delivery. I received a text Saturday night stating they tried to deliver it but we weren’t home. That was a lie because we were home all day. Now I have been trying to speak with someone for two days but you can’t speak with anyone and the only response I get are emails with links to frequently asked questions. Meanwhile,They have my money and I never got their product. Bad first impression for sure. It feels like a scam.
