“I ordered a tank top and panties. It was hell getting the tank top on , the panties were ok. They have charged me $4.99 a month after that and will not answer emails, messengers, text or calls. Pitiful service. I want to talk to a human being. I’ll never buy from the again.”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with not only does it take over a month to get your items that their orders are not even complete. And then when you try to get customer service, you can’t hardly even get a live person online and you definitely can’t get anybody on the telephone. Will never never never buy from this company again.”

“These guys are honestly the worst online retailer I've ordered from. I should have read the Trustpilot and BBB reviews first — but now I'll be adding to them. They have misdelivered my package TWICE now by going with some cheap delivery service that can't seem to get it right — and then their customer support blames it on me and tells me to figure it out with the delivery company, because it shows as delivered and there's nothing they can do?! When we got into the photos from the first delivery, they realized it was labeled to the wrong name AND wrong apartment number. Oops? So they agreed to re-ship it, but refused a refund. The second time, the photos show the delivery company dropping the package ON THE GROUND in front of the restaurant in my building, and not inside the apartment building inside secure lockers assigned to unit numbers. I live downtown, with tons of foot traffic and homeless people — they think that package made it to me?! And they still refuse a refund! What an awful way to do business.”

“I purchased 3 bras and was charged for all 3. 2 of them arrived and when I checked my account to see where the 3rd one was it said it was out of stock and would not be delivered. I reached out to request they refund my money as the item I ordered is no longer in stock and they charged my account for it. They responded saying that I can only receive a credit. How can you charge someone for something and never send it and then only offer a credit? Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I spent several days trying to get a resolution and they continue to only offer a credit!!”

“Bad customer service. Ordered 3 items from them. Received 1 item but their confirmation had different information. It's saying all the items are delivered but when I put in my order number in the tracking, it says pending then I get an email that the items are unavailable. They offer me store credit with an additional discount. They offered if I want a refund instead to contact them through their customer service. Well their customer service sucks. I keep expressing I want a refund not a store credit because I don't want to go through with them anymore. Instead their customer service bot keeps offering to track my order, return item, etc. basically nothing to do with what I need. All I want is a refund and they give you a run around. I've contacted them so many times through email or Messenger and all I get is automated response. I still want my refund for the items I did not receive. Do not order from them.”

“I received my order and the bra is two large. I don’t like the double layered fabric and I would prefer white strap so I wanted to return the products I submitted my return request however, in the process realized I had entered the wrong email address therefore they could not send me a QR code for the return. I have tried and tried many ways to contact them with no success. The only contact I have received was a phone call from a fraudulent collar. They attempted to scam me out of more money. I have tried everything Shapermint has suggested and still no help. There is no way to talk to a live person. I don’t know how I’m gonna go about getting my return done.”
