I placed an order on May 16, 2025 Order Number #SM9458299-TR your system is saying that it was delivered and order is complete but I never received this order. My address is 107 Wartburg Ave., Apt. 47, Copiague, NY 11726. I am not able to get in touch with a person regarding my order. I really hate your website because you can’t get in touch with anything and you only get options and my option was not there so please can somebody please help me in this matter.

I ordered 2 all day every day scoop neck cami. I received 1 black cami, but not the white one. The order number is SM 9633482-TR. The cost was $44.00, but I applied my credit of 10.00 resulting in total cost 34.00. I contacted your company 2 weeks ago and was told that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I still have not heard from you company. Please let me hear from you concerning this matter. Thank you Linda D. Johnson

When I ordered I got one black and one white bra. Then during the order I was offered a discount and thought it was on the same two bras but it ended up as two more black bras. I was wondering if I could exchange the two blacks for different colors? I have not worn them. I have been sick and that is why I haven’t asked sooner!

I have items to return to Shapermint. The return label they sent me does not work in the post office. It comes up with an error message stating the barcode is not valid. I can’t get anywhere with customer service as they keep resending the same label. Don’t know what to do. I’ve even sent them a screenshot of the error message!

I have tried for 3 days for someone to help me on a mistake they made No one has responde. I bought 1 truekind bra in flesh tone to see if I could wear it! And if it fit order more. Well I got 4 bras not one but four and they charged me $109.00 for those bras. I have asked for a return label and asked if they would refund my visa. Reach me at sunshinedtd16@gmail.com. Your customer service is awful! I have written for everyday for a week and sent a message on Facebook that you never answer. I want to ask some questions about your bra's. They are very comfortable but I do not like the unattached floating pad in them AT ALL! I CAN'T TELL BY YOUR WEBSITE IF THEY ALL HAVE IT OR IF THERE ARE SOME THAT DON'T. I LIKE THE PULL OVER STYLE IN 3X WITH NO FLOATING PADS. I WANT TO RETURN THE ONES I HAVE BUT CAN'T GET YOUR RETURN ON THE WEBSITE TO WORK!! I WOULD BUY MORE BUT WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NO WAY TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON. I WON'T BE BUYING AGAIN. PLEASE HELP SHERRYKIDSMOM10@AOL.COM
