I have items to return to Shapermint. The return label they sent me does not work in the post office. It comes up with an error message stating the barcode is not valid. I can’t get anywhere with customer service as they keep resending the same label. Don’t know what to do. I’ve even sent them a screenshot of the error message!

I have tried for 3 days for someone to help me on a mistake they made No one has responde. I bought 1 truekind bra in flesh tone to see if I could wear it! And if it fit order more. Well I got 4 bras not one but four and they charged me $109.00 for those bras. I have asked for a return label and asked if they would refund my visa. Reach me at sunshinedtd16@gmail.com. Your customer service is awful! I have written for everyday for a week and sent a message on Facebook that you never answer. I want to ask some questions about your bra's. They are very comfortable but I do not like the unattached floating pad in them AT ALL! I CAN'T TELL BY YOUR WEBSITE IF THEY ALL HAVE IT OR IF THERE ARE SOME THAT DON'T. I LIKE THE PULL OVER STYLE IN 3X WITH NO FLOATING PADS. I WANT TO RETURN THE ONES I HAVE BUT CAN'T GET YOUR RETURN ON THE WEBSITE TO WORK!! I WOULD BUY MORE BUT WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NO WAY TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON. I WON'T BE BUYING AGAIN. PLEASE HELP SHERRYKIDSMOM10@AOL.COM
