“The bras that you are touting as having wonderful support, have absolutely NO SUPPORT. Maybe they would be good for someone with smaller breasts, but it did nothing at all for me. I’m a 44DD.”

“You charged me more than it said. Everything was in Canadian dollars the website said Shapermint Canada, but then you charge in USD. That's just wrong. And when I tried to reach out through chat and emails no one has gotten back to me.”

“Took forever to get order, then I ordered the same bra in 3 dierrent colors and every bra was different. I’ll be returning all 3 for a refund.”

“I ordered 3 camis I got as very Happy with the customer service but was very disappointed with the cami, I only tried on 1 but the size was extremely small, the website suggested I order an XL even though I usually wear a Large (12 in a dress) which I did order an XL but it is so small, I don’t think it would fit anyone that usually wears a Small, the quality of the material and workmanship is great, the sizes are way off”

“I received the bra and cami. I agree with some of the other comments regarding the support. I don't feel like it gives me enough. I'm kind of saggy. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and soft.”

“I purchased the cami in 4 colors, the high-waisted panty, the boy shorts, and 2 wireless comfort bras. I am incredibly happy with my purchase. They smooth and support without feeling at all restrictive. My shipment arrived very promptly.”

“I ordered the strapless bra. It is as comfortable as you've stated and it does stay up, with pretty good support. However, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, on me, it rolls up in the back without using the straps. I am a 44G and I ordered a 3XL, which might be the reason for the rolling. Maybe I will try the 4XL next time. Overall, I was happy with my purchase!”

“As an older senior, I was looking for a supportive, cotton, comfortable bra. I found just what I needed and are extremely happy with them. Thank you. 😊 And I love that they don’t look like “old lady bras”.”

“just as stated, no hassle, easy exchanges/refunds....only comment is that a friend of mine also had to exchange an item for size/fit and they were told to donate the item that had while I was instructed to print a label and return the item”

“I like the product a lot, however sizing is difficult. With a larger chest/shoulders and a medium waist, the L did nothing to slender the waistline but acomodated the breasts. I took a gamble and returned for a S which is waist syching but pressing too much on breast. I was looking for waist synching so I kept the S cami. I then ordered S tanks which didn't have similar fits of the camis, eventually ended up with a medium in the tanks Overall the product is good but proper sizing is difficult”
