“I received the bra and cami. I agree with some of the other comments regarding the support. I don't feel like it gives me enough. I'm kind of saggy. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and soft.”

“This was the 2nd one I ordered. First was too big with virtually no support or compression and WAY too long. (I did use my measurements to choose the size - 4XL). This one is slightly better (3XL), but I still need to wear a bra with it and it is also too long. It does have somewhat of a smoothing effect and will work under a specific outfit I purchased it for. I had planned to get these in multiple colors, but I'll stick with just the one.”
“I was less than happy to receive two bras that did not fit as described. Both puckered on the sides and the straps on each one were a different width.”
“Quick delivery. However the cami tops need to emphasise to downsize from original size as i ordered my size and they hold in nothing or keep my bust firm. Other tops are just as adequate.”
“The bras are comfortable and I will wear at home, probably not a going out bra. The cammi I dont like. The ordering process I found confusing and misleading and when I spoke about cancelling my orfder immediately after placing it I was told it couldn't be done, when pressed further they gave me a discount refund. Not what i was wanting, however I am making the most of it. Unfortunately not likely to purchase again even though I do like the bra.”

“The quality is nice however it doesn't fit me properly 😭. I need the cup bigger but the small band size. Unfortunately the bras don't come like that.”
“I've ordered about 5 or 6 bras from Shapermint and they have all been great, but I have issue with one of them, and it is taking an absolute age for anyone to respond to me. There is clearly a fault with the manufacture of this bra and it cannot be worn underneath anything remotely fitted.”
“Product quality good. Customer service okay, needed to exchange camis for size, direct online was only return, but did finally get the exchange sorted out via email.
Poor stars are due to I cancelled my "subscription" (lost my job after these orders and was cutting back), they offered two months free, which I accepted as I fully intend to have a new job well before that, but then charged my card today anyhow. So now I will cancel and stay cancelled even if I order later.”
“I’m not completely satisfied because the bra does not fit very well as my first purchase last year. I ordered size XL the cup was small, the band loose. I exchange for size XXL now the cup fits fine but the band is still loose. My first purchase from last year was XL which is the correct size. What happened with your manufacturer?”
“The fabric is nice and comfortable and the one thing I loved is the straps do not fall down! That is my biggest pet peeve about bras.
Im only giving 3 stars because the fabric over top never sits flat and bunches weird and because there is no side support it squishes my boobs out the side of it. I even bought two different sizes to see if that was the issue and it was the same in both.”
