“Nice cami TANK tops. One was what I ordeered and one was. not correct. But it was replaced. The AI when you use the chat is annoying and even when a rep comes on it is even more annoying!!!”

“Does a nice job at smoothing out unflattering areas on my body. However, I was supposed to get a free gift (black bathing suit cover-up) and I did not receive it. I even received a confirmation email saying my items were delivered and that the cover-up was included but it was not. Not pleased with that and the bot was no help nor could I find information on how to contact shapermint. I do not have Facebook.”

“They shipped out my orders quickly. They also screwed up my order and charged me for two w tra bras that I don’t want/need. I am still waiting for my free gift for 3 weeks now too”

“They arrived quickly and look great but they’re a size too small and although I’ve emailed the company twice and contacted them on a AD site to return them they have not gotten back to me. So I’m very concerned and worried about that.”

“I purchased two Truekind Everyday Comfort V-Neck Bralettes. I work from home, so I was looking for comfortable, everyday bras. The bras themselves are comfortable. The issue I have with ithem is that the bottom bands on both seem a little too loose, so I don't feel very secured while I am wearing them. I feel like I constantly have to readjust to feel like everything is in place. I don't know if it is an issue with just this particular bra, but I would be hesitant to purchase any other bras from this company based on my experience.”

“I like that the material is so soft. However, the ad says that you don't have to wear a bra but I will definitely be wearing one. Also, the lady showing her pants being loose after putting on the cami is false and misleading. I will still try some other products.”

“I like the fabric and tge shape however, your size chart is not accurate. I always check size charts before I buy on line. The measurements I took were bust 38 and underbust 34. Your chart gave me a size of 34 D. I usually wear a 38C. I order on your recommendation and the band was too small and that made the cup to small so I have returned them all. Im going to try a 36D and see what happens but I'm afraid they won't work either but giving y'all a second shot.”

“I have ordered several times from them for bras, leggings and undergarments. All the products were not bad. Not as good as I was hoping, but I will still wear them. The purpose for this review is to say Watch Your Account! A month after my last purchase of bras I started getting random $4.99 charges from my account. They did it a couple time before I caught it. Thank goodness it was not my regular account so I could easily shut it down.”

“How it made me happy ????? It didn’t . Have been trying to return products for 2 days . No response from anyone regarding the problem I am encountering so I’m putting it down to experience and will NEVER buy from this website again ……. they have no intention to help so BE WARNED future purchasers , this is a dreadful business”
