“The website details on shipping weren't accurate after placing the order. It had shipping date that was way past the date estimate when purchasing. None the less the order ended up coming on time and product was as expected.”

“Not happy actually. The band is a bit loose and the cups give me a mono-boob. I was going to send it back but I may be a bit late. I should learn not to order things online that really need to be fitted properly.”

“My favorite items were the mid thigh shaper and the camisole. The camisole couldn’t be worn without a bra as advertised. The strapless bra left red marks on my back and left breast area. The bralette fit small than strapless even though both were xl”

“I ordered a bra based on your sizing chart. When I received an exchange the 3XL looked used and had no extenders on it. I returned my 2XL with the extenders. So I had to return the 3XL bra's. Your customer service really needs to be better. I tried to tell you and No one acknowledged the comment. So I had to return them. Try to fix your customer service and your receipts. A receipt should be sent with the purchase. Thank you.”

“The first bras i received were too big and the exchange was seamless. I received the bras that are my size, but there is no support. The bras are too stretchy in every direction and every part to support large busts... even though it's advertised for all sizes. We'll see what happens when I try to get different bras.”

“I signed up for membership to get free shipping last year, but on this order I had to still pay. I tried contacting you using the message Bot but it could not answer my questions and went round in circles just asking me to select options in a drop-down menu. None were suitable. Went ahead with my order anyway as I like the Cami-tank, and the items I got are great, but not happy about the price.”

“A little disappointed by the tank tops that I ordered. They definitely slim my waist and tummy, but tank has to be pulled low down around your hips and the hem rolls up causing a lump in the waist area, which kinda defeats the point of the tank.”

“This bra does fit me great! I love how the straps aren’t too thick and how the back strap can be adjusted. My only issue with this bra is I still find myself constantly adjusting my boobs to stay in place of the cup. Otherwise, this is a great choice!”

“The bra sizing is too big. The cup is cut weird and gives a weird shape when wearing. The Bra itself is comfortable. The shapermint singlets are amazing and the swimwear purchased is also great. I had an issue with over charging due to exchange rate calculations. I think if you can't display that correctly then leave it as USD and allow the exchange to be processed at checkout. Or note the total is approx.”
