“Ordered size LARGE cami but received XLarge shaper mint kindly replaced however when it arrived it was another XLarge unfortunately it is too big I have sent an email but to date have not received a reply I’m a bit disappointed as cami looks good quality and just what I wanted”

“It doesn't fit. I was real disappointed, I had such hi hopes. After wearing it for a couple of days it loses it's shape.”

“Was not as advertised, there is no cover in the front that lifts up. It is the most disappointing purchase I have made. My breasts are smashed closely together instead of naturally. The band in the middle causes me to sweat where I have never sweated before. The shipping, packaging, and ordering were better.”

“The ONE bra I found that semi fit correctly, I’ve ordered and never get. All the rest are not made for true large chest women. The size may fit around but not actually cover the breast or visa versa”

“While the material is more comfortable than other bras the sizing is misguided. According to the size chart, I should be a large; but the large is somewhat uncomfortable.”

“I think the product may have been ok. The product I ordered needed to be sent back because it did not fit, but I think if it did it would have been good. Material was soft, not sure the support was there.Customer service is AWFUL you cannot reach a real person only a bot and it is a very frustrating process. I will say that the delivery was quick.”

“I think the products are good and comfortable. However, I agree with other customers. Customer Support is awful. The website offers a 'Live Chat'. I couldn't get a live person. You are 'talking' with a bot. Very difficult to resolve an issue when the company sent your items to an incorrect address. While I would consider buying again from this company, the Customer Service may be a deterrent. Shapermint, get some real people to support your customers!!”

“I ordered a swim 2 piece, the top was far too big, they kindly swapped it no charge, the next one was too big ! Nice quality ! But the correspondence is confusing , and takes so long to arrive, one notification said on the way the next one said not available yet. Some person called me queen 🥴 whats that all about ? So waiting to sort a smaller one, but went to the site , it said i can’t swap, out of time, only arrived that day ????”

“I am disappointed with the service of shapermint and the lack of variety of colors they have . There isn’t much to choose from and the return process sucks. I bought the bras when I saw an advertisement for it and I figure I try it out. When I end up not liking it , I just give them away to my sister or return it When you return the items , they don’t give an extra bag to use so I end up putting it in box , also I hate waiting in line at the post office to return them. There isn’t much option to chose who I can send my items to”

“The website details on shipping weren't accurate after placing the order. It had shipping date that was way past the date estimate when purchasing. None the less the order ended up coming on time and product was as expected.”

“Not happy actually. The band is a bit loose and the cups give me a mono-boob. I was going to send it back but I may be a bit late. I should learn not to order things online that really need to be fitted properly.”

“My favorite items were the mid thigh shaper and the camisole. The camisole couldn’t be worn without a bra as advertised. The strapless bra left red marks on my back and left breast area. The bralette fit small than strapless even though both were xl”
