You have sent me three orders after I cancelled membership twice. The sizes vary and are not my sizes. My husband is dying in the hospital. I don’t have resources to mail back each box.

I didn't get items I was promised. Contacted customer service and had to leave a message on Facebook. No one ever messaged me or emailed me about my missing items. The bras I purchased are already falling apart. I cancelled my subscription, but they sent me emails saying "my subscription was being processed and shipped" and I never got it either, although they said it was delivered. I contacted Shapermint again and asked for my subscription to be cancelled and again I was told it was. I'll wait and see, since I never received the last one.

Absolute waste of money. The strapless bra has no hold at all and your boobs easily go to the side. Definitely no lift or hold as described

Very hard to get ahold of your customer service. They never texted me back and took forever to respond via email. The emails were confusing and didn’t answer my questions directly. I ordered a product and over a week later was told it was out of stock, so your processing times are very delayed. I was not offered a refund and did not like the options I was given. I ended up ordering a new product and was not given any updates that it would take 3 weeks to get to me

I didn't order anything last week. I'm not enrolled in your automatic purchase plan. I even checked so I could un-enroll if I accidentally did so. Now I've been charged for products that I neither need nor want (just had a mastectomy!!!) I tried to cancel it based on your email but it had already shipped within four hours of receiving a confirmation email (again, for something that I never ordered!). I tried to contact someone but got a bot and no one replied to my email.

Was sent wrong color of my ordered , tried to exchange , received to order in wrong color again! Giving up on trying to get correct color…process was too repetitive and time consuming!

Both were far too large even though I ordered according to your size chart. I want to return them Both and order a totally different style. I think the open from cami in medium will be a better exchange.

Not really impressed. One of the bras I was sent was actually dirty!!ugh You can tell it’s been tried on by someone & there skin shed on it…could have been cleaned off before shipping out to me!!! And I’m not happy with the fact the back closure only has 3 hooks for closure. I am used to 4 & the band being about an inch wider. Not to mention the bra fits me weird…need smaller cup but wider band..so the suggested fit was not correct for me. Will be returning these bras. (2 of the bras did not have the extender included). I’ve tried several pictures & it will not upload it!!

I ordered a bra because the offer was get a free item. It did not show up, no notice nothing. I had to contact customer service and they said they dont ship promo's seperately, it would be on my next order. There wont be a next order. This is enticement to get you to order and dont fulfill. VERY POOR service I will be contacting my bank

I will NOT be purchasing from your company again due to your choice of Delivery Services. Throwing and leaving my package AFTER DARK in my driveway down near the end of the street in the middle of a heavy THUNDERSTORM is not acceptable. If you choose to use a sub standard service to get your product to your customers, you will loose sales.

Do not order from this country. The bras looked exactly as advertised and the size was correct. But under your arm there is extra material or something because there’s a part that does not lay next to your skin it bulges outward. It will not lay down. Also once you order you receive endless messages, daily. Reporting as Junk doesn’t help. I can’t find a place to stop it.

I placed an order and immediately a bundle deal popped up. I clicked on it to see the details. I then clicked no thanks and they added it to my order and charged me anyway. They now say I’ll get my refund in 5-10 business days. $60 basically stolen from me.

I ordered May 10! Still no package. Tried customer service chat and phone line and keep getting looped back to “good news, your package will arrive on 5/19/25” — well it’s May 30!!! again still no package!!
