“I ordered 1 bra, they sent 3. The return portal was a dead end. Tried to sell more bras. I want a way to return and get a refund. Should not be so complicated.”

“Apparently signed me up for a subscription and when I protested this they made sure they got that payment because "it takes a few days" Customer service is terrible and Bali bras are more comfortable.”

“The bras that you are touting as having wonderful support, have absolutely NO SUPPORT. Maybe they would be good for someone with smaller breasts, but it did nothing at all for me. I’m a 44DD.”

“You charged me more than it said. Everything was in Canadian dollars the website said Shapermint Canada, but then you charge in USD. That's just wrong. And when I tried to reach out through chat and emails no one has gotten back to me.”

“I ordered 3 camis I got as very Happy with the customer service but was very disappointed with the cami, I only tried on 1 but the size was extremely small, the website suggested I order an XL even though I usually wear a Large (12 in a dress) which I did order an XL but it is so small, I don’t think it would fit anyone that usually wears a Small, the quality of the material and workmanship is great, the sizes are way off”

“I never received my order. Twice it was shipped to an incorrect address. I tried getting in touch with shapermint. No one to call,etc. I never was told that they were sorry. I will not order from them again. Very bad customer service. No one to talk to!!!!”

“I followed the sizing guide. Was disappointed that I had to use the included extender for the bra to fit. The straps sit very wide out on my shoulders, and even though they don’t slip they feel like they will due to the placement. The band area sat nicely under my breasts until I sat down, then it rolled up and gathered. Overall fit was not good for me.”

“The bra has no support whatsoever. It says if you were 36 triple D you could wear an extra large and extra large will also fit a 42 there’s no way the 6th inches extra will support your bust. Terrible.”

“I have ordered a few times now and never the proper fit. How ever my biggest complaint is I NEVER signed up for a membership and I was charged for one. I will not recommend or order from here again. I have since finally found how to cancel the membership took me a day to find not tech savvy. So just becareful if you don't want to have money withdrawn monthly from your account with out your knowledge.”
