Sizing was incorrect, tried returning for exchange with the extra credit for becoming a member? Communication is impossible, no calls. Bots with no help. I'm still waiting on my last email from three days ago.

This company is the worst! Their products are not so bad but if the sizing doesn’t work out, good luck! They fraudulently signed me up for autoship. I never opted for this but am getting charged on my credit card!! They never provide a customers service phone number where you can actually speak to someone. It has to be done online with a virtual assistant who cannot resolve any issue. It is a fraud, a waste of time & I can no way recommend this company! If you like their products, purchase them through Amazon, they’re much more reliable!!

I love your bras but trying to get out of the monthly subscription that’s hidden in the 7 pages of up-sales your forced to go through before you can purchase the item is to much. I’ve stopped recommending your brand to friends and family, as well as purchasing through you. It’s not worth the hassle I’ll find another bra elsewhere next time the need arises.

The items that I purchased were on final sale. I had no time was I asked if I understood or was it stated that final sale meant if I wanted to return them that I could only get a credit to my original payment source, not a full refund. When I connected with Customer service chat, they were talking in circles and being condescending. I have never been more disappointed and frustrated. Now I have over $80 worth of something that I can’t use. What a waste. I put my trust in Shapermint and they let me down.. Shapermint has lost me as a customer.

It started out fine. I was able to talk via chat with an actual human, who convinced me that the everyday tank would fit me perfect and I would not have issues with my stoma. The products arrived in a timely manner. As soon as I tried on the first one which was supposed to be black, the first thing I noticed was the color was more of a very deep navy, and not a true black, which was what I needed. Then I put it on and it actually made my figure look worse and did not smooth anything and the Cami also went down way below where my stoma was, which could cause issues with my stoma’’s output. I immediately attempted to contact customer service. That is where the real disaster begins. They do not have humans that will talk to you their phone when you call. It is literally just a series of automated messages. Their chat is just a bot which gives you again the same automated messages. Their messenger site also gives you the same automated messages. The ads claim free returns if you aren’t 100% satisfied but they don’t tell you until you try to return things that they’re going to charge you a fee to return it. I would not have ordered if that was mentioned anywhere on the site. I’ve tried multiple times through all different contact methods to speak to a human being, including many emails. All I get in return is more bought messages telling me I can try on their things for free if I just join or I can exchange what I purchased and get something in addition for a lower price. I don’t want more, I just want to return what does not meet my satisfaction even a little bit and I just want my credit back. If I don’t get that, I will dispute the charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will never trust this company again because they have the worst customer service I have come across in recent years.

Trying to get a resolve for order that states it was delivered but not received has been a total hassle. The customer service is either a mechanical response robot with canned answers or numerous email responses that say the same thing but never resolve the issues. There is never a person to speak with live. I had to contact my credit card service to reverse pmt and investigate this problem.

customer service was not help to me. Right after I submitted an order I asked to cancel& neither gal could help me which is crazy as I contacted them right away. Now I will have to return the items when I receive them. So dumb & a waste on everyone's end

my order has not arrived yet. its 65 days and l can't get my money back as the only option is for a return. as I never received the items l will not get a refund .. No updates after 10 days . just keeps saying there is a delay and will update soon.

I order 2 bras and both did not fit as advertised....just a bad fit...bands were loose and the cups gapped....all of it....very disappointed

I was notified that my order was in my mailbox. IT was NOT there. I emailed the same day to ask for tracking of the package or a refund. I received the obligatory response and have heard nothing further. Please fix this problem.

You have sent me three orders after I cancelled membership twice. The sizes vary and are not my sizes. My husband is dying in the hospital. I don’t have resources to mail back each box.

I didn't get items I was promised. Contacted customer service and had to leave a message on Facebook. No one ever messaged me or emailed me about my missing items. The bras I purchased are already falling apart. I cancelled my subscription, but they sent me emails saying "my subscription was being processed and shipped" and I never got it either, although they said it was delivered. I contacted Shapermint again and asked for my subscription to be cancelled and again I was told it was. I'll wait and see, since I never received the last one.

Absolute waste of money. The strapless bra has no hold at all and your boobs easily go to the side. Definitely no lift or hold as described

Very hard to get ahold of your customer service. They never texted me back and took forever to respond via email. The emails were confusing and didn’t answer my questions directly. I ordered a product and over a week later was told it was out of stock, so your processing times are very delayed. I was not offered a refund and did not like the options I was given. I ended up ordering a new product and was not given any updates that it would take 3 weeks to get to me
