“Waste of money. The boy shorts didn't help shape me The bra made my breasts look saggy and elastic band kept rolling up Very disappointed in the product. Was hoping for a lot more results as advertised”

“I never received my order. Twice it was shipped to an incorrect address. I tried getting in touch with shapermint. No one to call,etc. I never was told that they were sorry. I will not order from them again. Very bad customer service. No one to talk to!!!!”

“I followed the sizing guide. Was disappointed that I had to use the included extender for the bra to fit. The straps sit very wide out on my shoulders, and even though they don’t slip they feel like they will due to the placement. The band area sat nicely under my breasts until I sat down, then it rolled up and gathered. Overall fit was not good for me.”

“The bra has no support whatsoever. It says if you were 36 triple D you could wear an extra large and extra large will also fit a 42 there’s no way the 6th inches extra will support your bust. Terrible.”

“I have ordered a few times now and never the proper fit. How ever my biggest complaint is I NEVER signed up for a membership and I was charged for one. I will not recommend or order from here again. I have since finally found how to cancel the membership took me a day to find not tech savvy. So just becareful if you don't want to have money withdrawn monthly from your account with out your knowledge.”

“Horrible company!!! I ordered in May only received two items and they charged me for the stuff I have not received. No one to talk to and they told me a month ago they would send me the rest of my order and it has now been a month and still nothing!! I recommend never ordering from the company because they are a fraud!!!”

“I purchased two of the camis. Following the size guidelines - it was loose fitting; did not have the slenderizing effect portrayed in ads. Also, the bottom hem rode up under my skirt and was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend”

“My order never came! I received an order--but it wasn't mine. Wrong items, wrong sizes. I've tried the live chat, the messenger, the phone--EVERYTHING is a robot, and no one will get back with me on how to resolve the issue. Nothing is resolved, and I've been trying for 7 days.”

“This company is the worst! Their products are not so bad but if the sizing doesn’t work out, good luck! They fraudulently signed me up for autoship. I never opted for this but am getting charged on my credit card!! They never provide a customers service phone number where you can actually speak to someone. It has to be done online with a virtual assistant who cannot resolve any issue. It is a fraud, a waste of time & I can no way recommend this company! If you like their products, purchase them through Amazon, they’re much more reliable!!”

“I love your bras but trying to get out of the monthly subscription that’s hidden in the 7 pages of up-sales your forced to go through before you can purchase the item is to much. I’ve stopped recommending your brand to friends and family, as well as purchasing through you. It’s not worth the hassle I’ll find another bra elsewhere next time the need arises.”

“The items that I purchased were on final sale. I had no time was I asked if I understood or was it stated that final sale meant if I wanted to return them that I could only get a credit to my original payment source, not a full refund. When I connected with Customer service chat, they were talking in circles and being condescending. I have never been more disappointed and frustrated. Now I have over $80 worth of something that I can’t use. What a waste. I put my trust in Shapermint and they let me down.. Shapermint has lost me as a customer.”
